You could say my career started at the age of 12. Growing up on a farm, I was driving tractors and feeding animals before I even realized what a “workday” was! It’s funny to think that backyard chickens and fruit trees were my first gig, but as much as I loved farm life, I soon realized they didn’t quite pay the bills. That’s when I got serious about turning my hands-on upbringing into a real career.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve built Kita Excavating from the ground up, specializing in everything from rock walls to earthwork and underground utilities. Along the way, I’ve picked up not just technical skills, but also the ability to manage people, solve problems on the fly, and most importantly, help turn people’s dreams into reality. I’m incredibly grateful for the team and relationships that have grown with the business over the years.

For me, it’s not just about reaching the destination; it’s about enjoying the journey—and what a ride it’s been!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My dad had a water leak at his house, and sent me to investigate. As I was out there, Will from KITA drove up and offered his assistance. He came down, looked at the lines, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in hardly any time. An expert in landscaping, concrete, irrigation, and general contracting, Will is a great guy who's more than willing to help out!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son was outside looking at our water leak on the other side of our block wall. Will from KITA drove up and said "you have a problem." He came to my door and offered to look at it. I had some water build up around a bed with palms. He moved away the river rock and discovered each plant had 3 lines and no emitters. Will plugged up 2 lines and put a drip on the other ones. I wanted to pay Will but he refused saying "what goes around comes around." Will is a very honest knowledgeable guy - he does excavating, concrete, irrigation and everything including general contracting. Please give this good man a call to see what he can do for you. Thank you Will. HIGHLY recommend him!!
